OUR POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Our policy states that once customers make a purchase, they will not be able to return that item for a replacement or refund. We understand things happen or change. We aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction for all services rendered. Customers are granted 2 revisions with the purchase of each order, excluding services that does not offer/require revisions, and after customer approves final draft upon delivery, an additional revision fee will be required for all additional changes requested. No exceptions. It is at the managers digression to agree to any other accommodations granted to customer.
